The facility sits on 77 acres with 285,000 sq. ft. of fabrication space. Our team there has the capability of producing 200,000 dia-inches per month and 6,500 spools per month. Our Walker facility features many in-house capabilities including post weld heat treating furnaces, induction bending up to 48”, cold bending up to 4”, in-house hydrotesting, coating, NDE (MT, PT, UT, RT, PAUT) and in-house grit blasting, industrial coating, and thermal spray aluminum. Our facility is also ISO 9001:2015 compliant and ASME/NB certified.
