Jameel Allen serves as Chairman & CEO of SAI Diversified Energy Services. Allen is an experienced leader and executive with a successful track record in the Engineering, Procurement and Construction arena in the Power and Oil & Gas industry. Allen is the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of SAI Diversified Energy Services. Allen previous roles were in leadership with Allied Power and Saulsbury Industries as a senior executive in Corporate Development. Prior to that, he served in various leadership roles for Fluor Corporation including Chief of Staff for the Corporate Sales Board, Business Development in the Power Group, Construction, O&M and other appointed roles in Power, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Automotive and the Government sector. Allen served as Country Manager of Business Development in Afghanistan for Fluor’s Government group from July 2009-July 2010.

Active in variety of professional and business organizations, Allen serves on the Board of Trustees at South Carolina State University and is a member of the Arizona State University Alumni MBA advisory council. He is also a member of the United Way African American Leadership Council in Greenville, SC.

Allen previously served on the Electric Power Board for the Power/Utility Industry and is a member of the Board of Governors at the Commerce Club.  Allen also serves on the Board of Directors for Safe Harbor in Greenville, SC.

Allen holds a bachelor’s degree from South Carolina State University and a MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
